The app offers two (2) free introductory lessons so you can evaluate the quality, methodology and approach of the FIVE MOVES® training content before purchasing. You can view the complete course overview, total learning hours and number of video modules before purchase.

After accessing the two free lessons, a paywall restricts further access. To continue, you must purchase a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Upon purchase, you receive access to the complete FIVE MOVES® training curriculum as described on the purchase screen, including all video lessons, exercises and supplementary materials for the duration of your subscription or access period.

• Apple App Store: Apple may, at its sole discretion, process refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase through official channels.
• Google Play Store: Google may, at its sole discretion, process refund requests submitted through official channels.

• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial or full consumption of paid content
• Dissatisfaction with content quality after previewing the free content
• Device compatibility issues unrelated to the app
• Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date

In the rare event of a proven technical malfunction, FIVE MOVES will, at its sole discretion, restore access, extend the subscription period or issue an account credit. Technical issues must be reported within 7 days with supporting evidence to legal@five-moves.org.

The AI is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. It is not a coaching or diagnostic tool, nor a crisis intervention service. FIVE MOVES accepts no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated feedback.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view content exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Copying, reproducing or duplicating content of any kind
• Sharing or distributing to third parties
• Taking screenshots, screen recordings or other recordings
• Using content to create competing products or services
• Circumventing DRM or technical protection measures

• Immediate account termination without refund
• Legal action for damages under applicable copyright law
• DMCA takedown notices and equivalent measures under Swiss/EU law

• Use the app and website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of FIVE MOVES
• Provide accurate information in all interactions

• Attempt unauthorised access to the app, its servers or connected systems
• Upload malware, viruses or other harmful code
• Use automated systems to interact with the app

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice for breach of these Terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or attempting to circumvent the paywall or DRM measures.
