You’ll receive your login credentials from your FIVE MOVES® Guide after your first session or as part of your guide training. Open the app and sign in with your email and the password provided. Alternatively, you can use “Sign in with Apple”.
The 40-day integration starts after your in-person FIVE MOVES® session. Your guide activates your access. In the app, under “My Process”, you’ll find your daily reminder: every morning and every evening — think of your colour, feel your desired feeling, for at least 30 seconds.
Additional programmes such as STAGE FREE or Female Intimacy can be found in the “Programmes” section of the app. Tap the desired programme and follow the purchase flow through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Access is activated immediately after purchase.
The FIVE MOVES® app is a companion app for in-person training. Full access to the 40-day integration is activated after a personal session with a certified guide. Guides in training have access to simulations and training materials.
Your guide will provide you with direct contact options after your session. For general questions about the app, you can reach our team at hello@five-moves.org.
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Send an email to legal@five-moves.org with the subject “Delete Account”. We process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. For persistent issues, send us a message at hello@five-moves.org with a brief description of the problem and your device type (e.g. iPhone 15, Android 14). We’ll respond within 48 hours.
