Who runs this session
Your FIVE MOVES® session takes place with a self-employed, independently operating FIVE MOVES® licensee (Guide). The Guide acts in their own name and on their own account. Not on behalf of, not as an employee of, and not as a representative of DITTRICH & PARTNERS GmbH (FIVE MOVES®).
The sole contracting party for this session is the Guide. FIVE MOVES® provides the method and the training but does not carry out the session and accepts no liability for it.

Please confirm before we start:
I am currently not in an acute mental health crisis.
I am sober. No alcohol, no drugs.
I have no severe heart condition. Or I have medical clearance.

What is FIVE MOVES®?
FIVE MOVES® is a body-based method for transforming emotional and mental blockages. The method works with the body as a compass – not through talking about the problem.
Important: FIVE MOVES® is not therapy and not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic help. The Guide is a navigator. Not a therapist.

Process
A session plus Reality Creation. The session follows five steps:
Sense
Find desired feeling
Activate
Anchor desired feeling
After the session: 40 days of Reality Creation for anchoring.

Touch
Gentle touch can be part of the process. The «peach pressure» at the spot where the blockage shows. Always over clothing. Never in intimate areas.
You decide. If you decline, you hold the pressure point yourself. Your boundaries are respected at all times. You can say stop at any time.

Possible Reactions
During and after the session you may experience: emotional waves (tears, laughter), physical reactions (warmth, fatigue), intense dreams. This is normal and subsides within a few days.
