What Might Be Holding You Back
"Can I be retraumatised during this?"
The longer one: That's exactly why FIVE MOVES exists. The entire industry says: "Go into the feeling. Feel it again." The result? Torn open and left alone.
We do the opposite. Before we touch the blockade, you create a Safe & Relaxed Space. Your desired feeling. In your body. From there, you look at the blockade.
"What if I don't feel anything? I'm not really a body person."
What you might mean: "I can't name it." Or: "I don't have direct access." No problem. We have four workaround techniques for exactly this case.
Micro-Moment: "Was there a brief moment, three seconds, where you felt a hint of it?"
As-if: "Imagine what it would be like if you knew it..."
Stand-in: "Do you know someone who embodies that?"
Element Metaphor: "If this feeling were an element..."
Access comes. Sometimes it just needs a different route in.
"Do I have to talk about my trauma?"
That's one of the biggest differences. We ask: "Where is the blockade?" Not: "What happened?" Not: "Why do you feel that?" Not: "Where does it come from?"
Your body knows the address. That's enough. You don't have to tell your story, analyse, or process it.
The Truth
You can't think your way out of what you felt your way into. But you can transform it. Without telling the story again.
"How safe is this really?"
Every Move has checkpoints. The triple Yes in ALLOW checks individually: Body? Feeling? Mind? If one says No, we stop. No pushing. No persuasion.
You have full control at all times. The "Not yet" is sacred in FIVE MOVES.
And: FIVE MOVES is for everyday blockades. For severe trauma, acute crises, suicidality, we refer elsewhere. That's not rejection. That's respect for your situation.
"Sounds too good to be true. One session?"
The truth: Yes, one session for one blockade. But that's not all. Then come 40 days of Reality Creation. Every morning, every evening, 30 seconds. That anchors the transformation.
The metaphor: You're moving. Into a new apartment. The session is moving day. The 40 days are unpacking and settling in. After that, you don't go back to shower anymore.
"What sets this apart from all the other stuff?"
Therapy: Nice. Expensive. See you next week. Works with your head.
Coaching: Insight is the map, not the moving van. Understanding isn't enough.

The Deeper Doubts
What You Might Not Ask Out Loud
"What if it doesn't work for me?"
The less honest answer would be: "It works for everyone." That's not true. If you're not ready. If you don't do the 40 days. If your body says No in ALLOW and we respect that. Then nothing happens.
But that's not a session that didn't work. That's a session that shows: Now is not the right time. And that's information too.
"I've already tried so much..."
FIVE MOVES works differently. Not with your head. With your body. 90% of signals go from the body to the brain. Not the other way around. The body feels first. The brain labels after.
What you've tried before probably started with your head. Understanding, analysing, categorising. FIVE MOVES starts with the body. Where the blockade lives.
"Who are you to be able to do this?"
I'm a Navigator. 25 years of practice. Executive background. Body knowledge. Thousands of sessions. What works, stays. What doesn't work, gets cut.
But at the end of the session, you say: "I did that." Because it's true. Your body transforms. I show the way.

Why the Body Decides
"Why do we ask WHERE and not WHY?"
You can perfectly understand why you're afraid. And still be afraid. Insight is the map. Not the moving van.
"Where" brings you into your body. Your body knows the address of the blockade. Precise. Like GPS coordinates. Direction, depth, angle. That's where we start.
The Rule
We ask for the LOCATION. Never the WHAT. Never the WHY. Never the WHERE FROM.
"What is the Safe & Relaxed Space?"
Before we touch the blockade, you find your desired feeling. A feeling that feels good. Located in your body. Not thought in your head.
From there. From this safe harbour. You look at the blockade. Not in the middle. Beside it.
That's the difference between retraumatisation and transformation. Stephen Porges (Polyvagal theory) documented it: Change is only possible in safety mode. Not in survival mode.
"What are the 5 Moves?"
CRACK: The blockade begins to open. Heart field activated. The first crack.
ALLOW: Triple Yes. Body? Feeling? Mind? All three must say Yes. One says No? We stop.
ACTIVATE: 3-6 breathing rhythm. 3 seconds in, 6 seconds out. Your nervous system takes over.
FREE: Anchoring. Colour. Word. Feeling. The new reality becomes your home.
"Why 40 days?"
40 days is the grounded minimum. And we use a bio-hack: In the morning right after waking up, in the evening before falling asleep. That's when you're in theta state. Your subconscious is directly accessible.
30 seconds. Visualise your colour. Feel your desired feeling. Done.
"Is this esoteric?"
No chakra. No aura. No energy work. No manifesting. No universe sending you things.

The Limits
When FIVE MOVES Doesn't Fit
"For which topics is this not suitable?"
Not for:
Severe trauma (PTSD). Acute mental crises. Suicidality. Psychosis. Severe depression. Eating disorders. Substance dependence.
There are professionals for that. If that applies to you, we refer you elsewhere. That's not rejection. That's respect for your situation.

"Does it hurt?"
Too much? You say it. We adjust. Anytime.
"What if I want to stop during the session?"
The "Not yet" is sacred in FIVE MOVES. No pushing. No persuasion. Your body says No? We respect that. Maybe today is not the day for this blockade. Then we see what's relevant instead.
For Families
Kids & Teenager
"From what age does this work?"
Sessions are shorter. More playful. Same 5 Moves, child-friendly language.
"Does this work with teenagers?"
Teenagers often have better body access than adults. Less head-focused. More direct.
"Do I need to be present as a parent?"
Under 18: Consent form required. The session can take place with or without parents.
