The FIVE MOVES online academy opens the day you sign up and is part of the CHF 1,500 package. It holds the course book with 38 lessons and 48 videos, the whole session as a score of 59 steps, 19 simulations with people who respond to your answers, 20 decision cases with an AI mirror, 13 session tracks and the reference material. Around 45 learning hours, at your pace, on your phone.

Day one
A book you leaf through.
No dashboard of tiles, no loading bar. The course book lies open in front of you: the matter on the left, its video on the right. Three chapters build the ground, five moves build the craft, an appendix puts the studies beside it.

The practice room
Nineteen people who answer.
This is the part you will not find anywhere else. You talk to Nina, who wants to feel independent. You choose your answer, she reacts to it, and you see at once whether you led her into her body or into her head. Eight stages, from the ground up to a full session. As often as you like, and it costs no real person anything.

The pull
Twenty moments where it pulls.
Your biggest challenge is not the technique, it is your urge to run onto the field. One case, five ways, none of them stupid. You choose, you write one sentence, and then a mirror reads your reasoning and tells you how close to the edge you stood. Nothing counts as a grade, everything counts as practice.

Your profile
It grows without you keeping score.
Every answer, every simulation, every approved session feeds your profile. You see where you stand and what comes next. Numbers and labels, no interpretation. What they mean is what your trainer tells you.
At the end there is no algorithm, there is a person. The AI in the academy gives practice feedback. Your exam and each of your six sessions are decided by a trainer who reads, corrects and approves. That is what our privacy notice says and what the EU AI Act requires.
The score

A FIVE MOVES session is not a mood, it is a sequence. It sits in the academy from the first step to the last, with wording, timing and what you watch for. You do not memorise it, you rehearse it.

You practise until two cases sit cleanly. That is your admission to the weekend, so you arrive prepared.
Two days on site, in a small group. Touch, consent, the whole flow with a real person.
In your own circle, each with feedback and approval from your trainer. Two Zoom calls carry you.
After the sixth approved session. Documented hours, not an attendance list.
Your progress. What is done, what is still open.
If you carry on afterwards, the professional level follows: 15 sessions, supervision, a certification exam across 51 scenes and the commercial licence. That is a decision of its own, not part of this package.

Do I need any prior knowledge?+
No. The academy starts from zero: three chapters build the ground before you touch anyone. Before you come to the practice weekend you work in the workshop until two cases sit cleanly. That is your admission, so you arrive prepared.
How long does the academy take?+
Around 45 learning hours, at your pace. There are no dates, no deadlines and no course calendar. Some work through it in three weeks, others in three months. It stays open to you, even after your certificate.
What exactly are the simulations?+
Nineteen people with a desired feeling and a block, across eight stages. You talk to them, choose your answer and see at once whether you led them into the body or into the head. You practise as often as you like, and it costs no real person anything. At the end come full sessions, from the greeting to the close.
Does an AI decide my exam?+
No. The AI in the academy gives practice feedback, nothing more. Your exam and each of your six guided sessions are decided by a trainer who reads, corrects and approves. That is what our privacy notice says, and what the EU AI Act requires.
Can I use the academy on my phone?+
Yes, it is built for the phone. Course book, simulations and cases run in the browser, with nothing to install. The case of the day takes two minutes, which fits into a train ride.
What happens after the practice weekend?+
You guide six sessions of your own in your own circle, each with feedback and approval from your trainer. Two Zoom calls carry you through. After the sixth approved session you receive your certificate: documented hours, not an attendance list.
