Six terms. One precise language.

Each of these six terms appears in every FIVE MOVES session. Each has a fixed meaning. No interpretation, no variation.

01Anchor

Desired feeling

A physically perceivable target state, always located in the heart space. Not a thought. Not a negation like "no more anxiety". A positive state like calm, clarity, courage. The lighthouse of the method.

Blockage

A physically locatable feeling that blocks access to the desired feeling. Pressure, tightness, heat, heaviness at a specific address. Belly, chest, throat, jaw.

03Location

Heart space

The chest area around the heart and sternum. Seat of the desired feeling. Through the ventral vagal connection (Porges) the core of a safe nervous system state.

Triple yes

In the ALLOW step body, feeling and mind each have to say yes before the transformation starts. Real consent instead of pretended readiness.
