Phillippa Lally (UCL) shows: habits take an average of 66 days. 40 days is the scientifically grounded minimum for neurological anchoring. Wolfgang Klimesch (University of Salzburg): theta waves right after waking up and before falling asleep make the subconscious directly reachable. That is why morning AND evening.
