The FIVE MOVES course weekend in Sursee is the on-site part of the Family & Friends Guide training. On October 17 and 18, 2026 you work with your cohort for two days at the Sursee training centre, Josef-Müller-Weg 6, 6210 Sursee: Saturday 10:00 to 17:30, Sunday 10:00 to 16:30. It is taught in German and English, by Sévérine and Andy. You learn to hold touch and consent, how the sequences build on each other, and how to guide the full flow with a real person. The online academy opens on the day you sign up; after the weekend you guide six sessions of your own up to your certificate. The weekend is part of the CHF 1,500 package, which covers the academy, three Zoom calls, six guided sessions and the certificate. Lunch, travel and accommodation are not included. About a ten minute walk from the station. From Lucerne you are here in fifteen minutes.

Do I need to know anything before I come?
No prior knowledge needed. The academy opens on the day you sign up, and in the workshop you practise until two cases sit cleanly. That is your admission, so you arrive prepared.
Which language does the weekend run in?
We teach in German and English. You practise and ask questions in the language you feel at home in.
Do I need to stay overnight?
Most people travel in daily. If you prefer to stay, you will find hotels in Sursee and around Lake Sempach.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. That is all it takes, everything else is here.
