Impostor Syndrome.Your skill belongs to you, not to luck.

Everyone else can already see how capable you are. You're just waiting for someone to notice it was all luck. That feeling of being a fraud doesn't live in your resume, it lives in your body.

What it is · Impostor Syndrome

Impostor syndrome is the physically felt sense that you're faking your competence, even with results and recognition. People with it credit their wins to luck and dread being found out. More success doesn't fix it, because the next compliment lands just as poorly as the last one.

Sound familiar?

After the praise in your review, your first thought is that they just haven't figured you out yet.
Every promotion, you're quietly waiting for the day someone realizes you're not actually that good.
You saved the project, and you still tell everyone it was really teamwork and luck.
When someone calls you an expert, something in you flinches, because it feels borrowed.
You collect one more certificate, then another, and you still never feel sure of yourself.

Why more of the same won't fix it.

At some point, success and danger got wired together in your nervous system, and that wiring fires faster than you can think. Every compliment triggers the old warning instead of landing, which is why the next win never brings any real security. You can't argue your way out of it, because the reaction happens before the argument does.

That borrowed feeling isn't in your abilities and it isn't in your title. It sits in a spot in your body you can actually point to, and that's where you can reach it too.

The way out: one session.

1

Find your desired feeling

We start by finding the feeling you want to have around your own achievements. Often it's a quiet this-is-mine in your heart space, the kind that lets you take a compliment without it sliding right off.

2

Locate the block, don't explain it

Your Guide doesn't ask why you doubt yourself so much or where it comes from. She just asks where you feel that not-quite-mine feeling in your body right now, and your body points to the spot itself.

3

Release it and anchor it for 40 days

That's where the pattern releases, and you don't need a list of your achievements to prove anything. You lock in the new feeling for 40 days with the app, 90 seconds every morning and night.

Common questions.

What if I'm just objectively not good enough?
The impostor feeling hits exactly the people who really do have the skills, it just doesn't land for them. We're not working on your competence, we're working on making it finally feel like yours.
Do I have to talk about my past?
You don't have to. There's no question about why, and none about your childhood. Only where it shows up in your body matters.
Does one Session really cover it?
Yes. One Session, then 40 days of locking it in, that's all most people need.
Is this therapy?
No, this doesn't replace therapy. If there's a diagnosed condition involved, that belongs in a professional's hands, we can only add to it at most.
