About FIVE MOVES

FIVE MOVES is a method developed in Switzerland for the body-based resolution of emotional blockages. Developed by Andy Dittrich, an entrepreneur with twenty-five years of experience in international business consulting, the method builds on the principles of memory reconsolidation and polyvagal theory.

The method works in five consecutive Moves and without retraumatisation. Around one thousand people have received a FIVE MOVES session to date; its founder has worked with more than three thousand people across thirty countries. More than forty certified Guides pass the method on today in Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. The legal entity is DITTRICH & PARTNERS GmbH, founded in 2012 and based in Rheinfelden, Switzerland.
