The FIVE MOVES Family & Friends Guide training is one path in one package: online academy from the day you buy with around 45 learning hours, one practice weekend at a place of your choice, three Zoom calls, six guided sessions and the certificate. It costs CHF 1,500, FUNKE and Lebendige Weiblichkeit are included.

You practise finding the desired feeling until two cases sit cleanly. That is your admission to the weekend.
