Mover

What we call the person who experiences the session. Deliberately not "client".

Definition

Mover is the FIVE MOVES name for the person who experiences the session. Deliberately not client, patient or coachee. The choice of word is programmatic: a Mover moves themselves, the Guide only navigates. The transformation belongs to the Mover, not to the Guide. Ownership is a mandatory principle in every session. The Guide makes no diagnosis, gives no interpretation, prescribes no solution. The Guide holds the safe space, asks precise questions and navigates through the five moves. The Mover finds the blockage, feels the desired feeling, says the triple yes, activates the transformation and anchors it. This distribution of roles protects against dependency and makes transformation reproducible.
