Exam Anxiety.Your knowledge stays right there, even when it counts.

You know your stuff. But the second you sit down in that exam room, a wall drops between you and everything you learned. That wall isn't a slip in your head. It's got an address in your body.

What it is · Exam Anxiety

Exam anxiety is a block in the body that locks you out of knowledge you have when tested. It's not a sign you didn't study enough, and it's not a character flaw. It's your nervous system trying to protect you. Studying more won't fix it, because the problem isn't what you know, it's whether you can get to it.

Sound familiar?

At home the answers just roll out. In the exam room the same stuff sits behind frosted glass.
The night before the exam you lie awake running through every way it could go wrong.
You read the first question three times and the words just stop making sense.
You glance at the clock, half the time is gone, and your head is still empty.
The second you hand it in, walking to the bus, every answer comes flooding back.

Why more of the same won't fix it.

Your nervous system decides in a split second whether a situation is safe. If it reads the exam as a threat, it switches to protection mode, and the part of your brain that pulls up what you've learned gets pushed to the back. No study plan, however good, can reach that switch.

The fear doesn't live in the formulas or the textbook. It sits in a specific spot in your body, and that's exactly where you can reach it.

The way out: one session.

1

Find your desired feeling

We don't start with the fear. We start with the feeling you actually want in that exam room. Maybe it's a calm clarity in your heart space, the kind that lets you read and write like nobody's judging.

2

Locate the block, don't explain it

Your Guide won't ask why you're scared or where it comes from. She just asks where in your body you feel something right now, and your body shows the spot on its own, no story required.

3

Release it and anchor it for 40 days

The block releases right where it sits, and you don't have to go through the fear again to get there. After the Session, you lock in the new feeling with the app, for 40 days, 90 seconds morning and night.

Common questions.

What if I freeze up again in the middle of the exam?
That's exactly what the second part is for. You lock in the feeling from your Session for 40 days, so your body can pull it up in the exam room, not just when things are calm.
Do I have to talk about my past?
No. Your Guide never asks where something comes from or what happened to you before. It's just about right now, and the spot in your body.
Does one Session really cover it?
For most people, yes. The one Session releases the block, and the 40 days after make the new feeling stick.
Is this therapy?
No. FIVE MOVES is a body-based method, not psychotherapy. If you're already in treatment, this can sit alongside it, but it doesn't replace it.

What holds you back has an address.

Over 40 certified guides in 5 countries work with this method. Around 1,000 people have had a session. Yours takes 90 minutes.
