Starter's Block. The plan is ready. What's missing, you won't find in another plan.

You know exactly what you want, and still nothing happens. The first step doesn't depend on your clarity. It depends on something that sits deeper than any to-do list.

What it is

A fresh start that won't start is a plan that's fully thought through in your head and still physically blocked. The clarity is there, the plan is done, and the follow-through just doesn't happen. The reason isn't in your head. It's a tension that steps in at the exact moment you'd need to move.

Sound familiar?

The plan has been sitting finished in your drawer for months, and you know every detail by heart.
You read one more article, take one more course, gather one more piece of information, and push the start off again.
Every Sunday you decide this week's the one, and by Monday the energy's gone again.
The moment you picture actually starting, your body shuts down before you've even stood up.
You explain your plan to other people, all excited, and feel at the same time how far you are from actually doing it.

Why more of the same won't fix it.

People tell you that you just need to get more organized or more disciplined. But you've organized everything, and it still doesn't start, because the problem isn't where you're looking for it. When a fresh start becomes real, your nervous system signals danger, because new means uncertain, and for your body, uncertain means risk. That signal fires faster than any resolution and blocks exactly the energy you'd need to get going. Another plan won't help, because the plan was never the problem.

This blockage isn't a head thing, you can actually feel it. The moment it gets real, something in you clenches, a resistance, a shutting down, a wordless braking. It has a place in your body, one you could name if you took a moment to feel into it. And that place is the starting point, not your goal-setting.

The way out: one session.

1

Find your desired feeling

Before anything starts, you and your Guide figure out what the start should feel like once nothing's braking anymore. Not pressure, not pushing yourself, but a calm readiness. Maybe lightness, clear ground beneath you, the feeling that the first step is simply due. This feeling settles into your heart space and becomes the lighthouse for the Session.

2

Locate the block, don't explain it

Then you find the spot where the resistance lives. You don't have to explain why you're sabotaging yourself, and definitely don't have to judge yourself for it. Your Guide just asks where you feel the shutting-down right now, and you point to it. Your body knows the spot, it goes there every single time you actually mean to start.

3

Release it and anchor it for 40 days

There, the resistance gets to loosen, without forcing yourself into anything. What releases in the Session, you hold for forty days with the app, ninety seconds each morning and evening. That turns getting started from a rare feat of willpower into your new normal, and the first step stops being a mountain.

Common questions.

I've tried so much already, why would this work when nothing else did?
Because most of what you've tried started in your head, with plans, motivation, discipline. But the blockage sits in your body, and nobody's touched it there yet. FIVE MOVES goes straight to the spot that keeps stopping you, instead of trying to think your way past it.
Do I have to talk about the past?
No. You don't need to analyze why you keep blocking yourself. FIVE MOVES works through the body, not through your story. Your Guide doesn't need an explanation for something to release.
Is one Session enough?
Usually, yes. Around a thousand Sessions show that this type of blockage typically resolves in a single Session. The forty days with the app afterward keep you from sliding back into the old procrastination.
Is this therapy?
No. FIVE MOVES is a body-based method for one specific blockage, not therapy. If there's something bigger behind your not-starting that's paralyzing you across many areas of life, therapeutic support is the right path.

What holds you back has an address.

Over 40 certified guides in 5 countries work with this method. Around 1,000 people have had a session. Yours takes 90 minutes.
