Sleep That Won't Come. You're exhausted, no question. Now let the rest of you catch up.

You're lying there right, it's dark, everything's set. And your system still won't clock out.

What it is

Sleep that won't come means your body's ready, but it can't find the jump into sleep. It can be a sign of an emotional block that shows up at night, once the day stops giving you something else to focus on. FIVE MOVES doesn't work on your sleep. It works on what's keeping you up.

Sound familiar?

You're dead tired at ten and wide awake by half past eleven.
The clock says 3:47, and you're doing the math on how much sleep is left.
The second you lie down, your head gets louder than it was all day.
On a free weekend you suddenly just sleep, and you don't get it.
You've checked off the whole sleep hygiene list and you're still lying there awake.

Why more of the same won't fix it.

Valerian, breathing exercises, no phone after nine. All of it calms the surface, and someone inside you still stays on watch. Because at night your nervous system isn't lazy, it's busy. It's holding onto something that had no room during the day, and it won't settle until that something gets seen, not once you breathe it away.

That wakefulness isn't just in your head. It sits somewhere, you can feel it, even if you can't put a name on it. That's exactly the approach: a block has an address in your body. And anything with an address can be found.

The way out: one session.

1

Find your desired feeling

Before anything gets resolved, you and your Guide figure out how sleep is supposed to feel. Not as a thought, as a feeling in your heart space: that openness, that letting go. That feeling becomes your lighthouse, the thing everything else lines up with.

2

Locate the block, don't explain it

Then it's about locating, not explaining. You're not looking for the why, you're feeling for the where. Your Guide doesn't hand you a spot, your body shows it. Sometimes it's a surprise, where the wakefulness actually sits.

3

Release it and anchor it for 40 days

Once you've found the spot, the block gets released, in one Session. Then the anchoring starts: forty days, with the app, morning and evening, about ninety seconds each. That's how your system learns letting go can stick, not just work once.

Common questions.

What if I just have a sleep disorder?
If you've barely slept for weeks, wake up feeling wrecked, or there's snoring and breathing pauses involved, get that checked medically first. FIVE MOVES doesn't replace sleep medicine or a diagnosis. Once everything's been checked physically and you notice something emotional is keeping you awake, that's where we come in.
Do I have to talk about what's keeping me up?
No. You don't have to lay anything out, explain anything, or tell a story. FIVE MOVES works through the body and what you feel, not through talking. Your Guide doesn't need a record of your nights.
Does one Session really do it?
The block gets released in one Session. What comes after is forty days of anchoring with the app, so it sticks. From around a thousand Sessions we know this: the moment is one thing, staying takes repetition.
Is this therapy or something medical?
No. FIVE MOVES is a body-based method, not psychotherapy and not medical treatment. If there's a medical condition, medical or therapeutic care comes first, we work alongside that on the emotional block.
