Sometimes it sits there for days, sometimes only with one particular thing on your mind. A pressure nobody sees and you can barely explain.

What it is

Tightness in your chest is a feeling of pressure or constriction in your chest that can come and go. It can be a sign of an emotional block making itself known here. FIVE MOVES doesn't read meaning into the spot, and only works on the block behind it once everything's been physically checked.

Find your desired feeling

Common questions.

Chest tightness, when do I need a doctor immediately?
Immediately, if pressure or pain shows up suddenly, spreads into your arm, jaw, or back, or comes with shortness of breath, sweating, and nausea. That's an emergency, call emergency services. Recurring tightness also needs a medical and cardiac check first. FIVE MOVES only comes in once everything's been physically checked and is fine.
Do I have to talk about what's weighing on me?
No. You don't have to tell anything or name anything. FIVE MOVES works through the body and what you feel, not through words. Your Guide doesn't need to know what's on your mind.
Is one Session enough?
The release happens in one Session. To make it stick, come the forty days of anchoring with the app. Across around a thousand Sessions, the pattern is the same: one clear moment, then calm repetition.
Is this medical or therapy?
No. FIVE MOVES is a body-based method, neither medicine nor psychotherapy. Medical evaluation always comes first with chest symptoms, we work alongside it on the emotional block.
