The Clenched Jaw.Five minutes of relaxing isn't enough. Your jaw can do better.

You only notice the tension when you consciously let go. Minutes later your jaw's clenched again, all on its own.

What it is

A clenched jaw is ongoing clenching or tension in your jaw muscles that you often don't even notice. It can be a sign of an emotional block that settles in here. FIVE MOVES doesn't read meaning into the spot and works on the block behind it once there's nothing dental going on.

Sound familiar?

You consciously relax it and your jaw clenches right back up.
In the evening you feel the muscle in front of your ear, hard as a knot.
In focused moments you clench without noticing.
Headaches that actually come from your jaw.
Someone tells you to relax your face, and you didn't even know it was tense.

Why more of the same won't fix it.

Consciously relaxing, stretching, reminding yourself. Your jaw follows for a moment, then clenches right back up, completely on autopilot. Because clenching isn't a habit you just need to remember to stop. Your nervous system is holding a tension here that sits deeper than the muscle. Willing yourself to relax isn't enough while whatever's driving it stays.

The tightness has one thing going for it: you know exactly where it sits. The block has an address, the muscle you can feel under your fingers. And anything that tangible can be found and released.

The way out: one session.

1

Find your desired feeling

Before your jaw comes into it, you go to your heart space. Together with your Guide, you get clear on how calm and openness feel there. That desired feeling becomes the lighthouse everything lines up with.

2

Locate the block, don't explain it

Then it's locating, not explaining. Not why you clench, but exactly where the block sits. Your Guide won't hand you the spot, your body shows it. Maybe it's the jaw, maybe the trail goes deeper.

3

Release it and anchor it for 40 days

Once the spot's there, the block gets released in one Session. Then come forty days of anchoring with the app, morning and evening, about ninety seconds each. So your jaw gets to stay relaxed, not just until your next thought.

Common questions.

Should I see a dentist about my jaw first?
Yes. Ongoing jaw tension, clicking, pain while chewing, or worn-down teeth belong in a dentist's hands, the keyword is TMD. A night guard can make sense and protects your teeth. FIVE MOVES doesn't replace that, it works alongside it on the emotional block that can be driving the tension.
Do I have to talk to release this?
No. You don't have to tell anything or explain anything. FIVE MOVES works through the body, not through words. Your Guide doesn't need any backstory.
Is one Session enough?
The release happens in one Session. Then the forty days of anchoring with the app hold the result in place. Around a thousand Sessions show it: the moment releases, repeating keeps it.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. FIVE MOVES is a body-based method, not dentistry and not therapy. Professional evaluation comes first, we work alongside it on the emotional block.

What holds you back has an address.

Over 40 certified guides in 5 countries work with this method. Around 1,000 people have had a session. Yours takes 90 minutes.
