Teeth Grinding. What your jaw processes at night can get room during the day.

At night your jaw works through something that has no room during the day. The night guard protects your teeth, it doesn't touch the cause.

What it is

Teeth grinding is the unconscious clenching and grinding of your teeth, usually in your sleep, the clinical term is bruxism. It can be a sign of an emotional block finding its way out at night. FIVE MOVES doesn't read anything into it and works on the block behind it once the necessary dental care is in place.

Sound familiar?

In the morning your jaw is tired, like it worked half the night.
Your partner tells you that you were grinding again.
The night guard protects your teeth, and the grinding happens anyway.
Your dentist shows you the worn-down spots.
After tough days it's especially bad at night.

Why more of the same won't fix it.

Night guard, jaw exercises, going to bed more relaxed. Your teeth are protected, the grinding stays. Because it isn't a bad nighttime habit, it's a release. Your nervous system is working through something in your sleep that found no outlet during the day. The night guard catches it, it doesn't end it.

As much as the grinding happens in the dark, it has a physical location. Your jaw, the muscle, the tension you feel in the morning, that's an address. A block that has an address can be found. And anything that can be found can be released.

The way out: one session.

1

Find your desired feeling

Before your night comes into it, you go to your heart space. Together with your Guide, you get clear on how calm and openness feel there. That desired feeling becomes the lighthouse for the Session.

2

Locate the block, don't explain it

Then it's locating, not explaining. Not why you grind, but exactly where the block sits. Your Guide won't hand you the spot, your body shows it on its own. Sometimes it's the jaw, sometimes the trail leads deeper.

3

Release it and anchor it for 40 days

Once the spot's there, the block gets released in one Session. Then come forty days of anchoring with the app, morning and evening, about ninety seconds each. So your nights stop being work.

Common questions.

Should I see a dentist about grinding my teeth?
Yes, absolutely. Bruxism can damage your teeth, jaw, and muscles, get it checked by a dentist, a night guard makes good sense and protects your teeth. FIVE MOVES doesn't replace that. We work alongside it on the emotional block that can be driving the nighttime clenching.
Do I have to talk to release this?
No. You don't have to tell anything or explain anything. FIVE MOVES works through the body, not through words. Your Guide doesn't need any backstory.
Is one Session enough?
The release happens in one Session. Then the forty days of anchoring with the app hold the result in place. Around a thousand Sessions show the same thing: the moment releases, repeating keeps it.
Is this medical or therapy?
No. FIVE MOVES is a body-based method, not dentistry and not psychotherapy. Professional evaluation comes first, we work alongside it on the emotional block.

What holds you back has an address.

Over 40 certified guides in 5 countries work with this method. Around 1,000 people have had a session. Yours takes 90 minutes.
