Common questions.

What if my exhaustion has a physical cause?
That gets checked first. Ongoing exhaustion can come from your thyroid, iron, vitamins, sleep, or other things, get that checked medically before you go further. FIVE MOVES doesn't replace a diagnosis. Once everything's physically fine and the tiredness stays, we work on the emotional block behind it.
Do I have to talk about what's draining me?
No. You don't have to name anything or explain anything. FIVE MOVES works through the body, not through talking. Your Guide doesn't need your story.
Is one Session enough?
The release happens in one Session. Then come the forty days of anchoring with the app, so the energy stays. That's how it goes across around a thousand Sessions: one moment releases it, repeating holds it.
Is this therapy or something medical?
